Atalanta boss, Ivan Juric, has admitted uncertainty over Super Eagles forward, Ademola Lookman’s future at the Bergamo club amid ongoing transfer speculation.
The Nigerian forward has been at the center of controversy after reportedly requesting a move to Inter Milan earlier this month.
Lookman was said to have trained separately from his teammates as he attempted to force a switch, but Inter eventually withdrew from negotiations after Atalanta rejected two separate offers.
Following the failed transfer, the 27-year-old rejoined Atalanta’s training sessions, though questions continue to swirl around his long-term commitment.
Speaking ahead of his side’s Serie A clash with Parma, Juric confessed he has no clarity on the situation.
“I don’t know anything about Lookman. It’s hard to predict what will happen or if he’ll stay,” the coach told reporters.
Lookman, who still has two years left on his Atalanta contract, is also attracting interest from Tottenham Hotspur as the transfer window edges closer to its conclusion.
