Well-known American actor and comedian, Kevin Hart, has addressed why he has been restricted to a wheelchair for some time.
His confinement was the result of an accident during a race with a friend, former NFL star Stevan Ridley.
On Thursday, Hart posted a video to Instagram in which he discussed the impact his age has on his life.
The 44-year-old comedian claimed he was doing some “young man stuff” by competing in a 40-yard race with his friend Ridley.
Hart added that he ended up injuring himself.
In the video captioned, “44 and sitting my ass down! I got to be the dumbest man alive!,” Hart said, “Ladies and gentlemen, the age 40 is real.
“I tore my lower abdomen, my abductors are torn. I don’t know what that is but I tore them. I tore those too. I can’t walk.”
