Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Gerard, has been evicted from the reality television show as the latest round of eliminations came to an end.
His exit was announced during the live eviction show on Sunday, September 6, 2026, as the “Show Ya Sef” edition moves into another phase of the competition.
Gerard was among 15 housemates placed up for possible eviction in the sixth week of the show.
His departure came after fellow housemates Martins, Mercedes, Kamsy, Cassi, Sultex and Goddessa were previously evicted. Neche, meanwhile, voluntarily left the competition.
Before his eviction, Gerard had remained a notable figure in the house and came close to securing the Head of House title on several occasions.
He narrowly missed out on the Week Six Head of House crown after Abi defeated him in the final round of the challenge.
With Gerard’s exit, the remaining housemates will continue their quest for the ultimate prize as the competition gradually approaches its concluding stages.
The “Everything Is For The Taking” edition of BBNaija premiered on July 26, 2026, with 24 housemates entering the house to compete for a grand prize worth ₦160 million.
The latest eviction further reduces the number of contestants competing for the coveted prize and the opportunity to emerge as the winner of Season 11.
