Galatasaray defender, Wilfried Singo, has praised Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen, for his outstanding display as the club secured a 3-0 win over Ajax.
The Turkish Super Lig side notched their third successive victory in this season’s UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night in Amsterdam under John Heitinga’s guidance.
Osimhen was the star of the show, scoring all three goals for Galatasaray. The Nigeria international opened the scoring with a brilliant header in the 54th minute, expertly set up by Leroy Sane, before converting two penalties later in the match.
Highlighting Osimhen’s impact, Singo said, “Osimhen is a great player and a great striker. I’m very happy to play with him. He makes us win many matches with his goals. I’m very happy to play with him,” in a statement to the club’s official website.
The striker currently leads the competition’s scoring charts with six goals from three games.
