Senegal booked their place in the next stage after convincingly overcoming Algeria.
Following a 2-0 victory at home in the first leg, the Lions of Teranga delivered a dominant 4-0 away win on Saturday, advancing 6-0 on aggregate.
Meanwhile, the Falconets secured their spot by defeating Rwanda 4-0 in their second leg clash in Ibadan.
Nigeria had previously edged Rwanda 1-0 in the first leg in Kigali.
The third-round ties will be played over two legs in February 2026.
Victorious teams will advance to the final qualifying round scheduled for May, where four African nations will earn spots at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland.
