Chelsea have sanctioned the departures of two of their strikers amid an aggressive pursuit of RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons and Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho.

Armando Broja is on the verge of completing a permanent transfer to Premier League newcomers Burnley, while young Spanish forward Marc Guiu has finalized a loan switch to Championship side Sunderland for the upcoming season.

These exits follow the recent sale of Portuguese forward João Félix to Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.

With more potential outgoings in attack, Chelsea are aiming to create room in their squad, and the futures of Christopher Nkunku, Raheem Sterling, and Nicolas Jackson remain uncertain.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano shared the latest developments on Friday night via X, “Armando Broja to Burnley (on a permanent deal) follows Marc Guiu to Sunderland (loan) and João Félix to Al Nassr…

“Chelsea won’t stop, with Nkunku and Sterling also expected to leave this summer. Nico Jackson situation open.

“Xavi Simons & Garnacho, both high on list.”
