CAC shifts new fees implementation to October

The Corporate Affairs Commission has announced a shift in the implementation of its revised service fees, moving the effective date to October 1, 2025, in order to fully stabilize its new Company Registration Portal.

In a public notice issued on Saturday, the Commission explained that the decision was taken to guarantee efficiency and ensure a seamless transition into its new system.

“The Commission has resolved to prioritize the full stabilization of the new Company Registration Portal before the middle of September, 2025,” the notice stated.

According to the management, the deferment is part of efforts to deliver optimum value to customers and stakeholders.
