Barcelona reportedly target S’Eagles forward Lookman

La Liga giants, Barcelona are reportedly exploring a potential summer move for Super Eagles and Atalanta’s in-form winger Ademola Lookman.

Catalan outlet 3cat reveals that newly appointed manager Hansi Flick is a strong advocate for bringing the Nigeria international to Camp Nou.

Although Liverpool’s Luis Diaz remains Barcelona’s primary target, efforts to secure the Colombian’s services have stalled, with the Reds reluctant to let him go.

Diaz is also said to be attracting interest from Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli.

Meanwhile, Lookman, who is entering the final year of his contract with Atalanta, is believed to be open to a move away from the Serie A side during the current transfer window.

The 27-year-old came close to signing with French champions Paris Saint-Germain last summer.

After an impressive 2024/25 campaign, where he bagged 15 goals and provided five assists in 31 Serie A appearances, the Bergamo outfit are reportedly valuing the tricky winger at around €60 million.
