Atalanta have made it clear to Inter Milan that they won’t consider any bid below €50 million for Super Eagles forward, Ademola Lookman.
The Nerazzurri are keen on bringing the Super Eagles star to San Siro and have tabled an initial offer of €40 million.
However, as reported by Football Italia, Atalanta “could potentially accept if Inter raised their offer to €45m plus €5m in fairly easy to achieve add-ons.”
Known for their firm stance in transfer negotiations, La Dea will only greenlight a sale if the terms align with their expectations and that includes the payment structure.
The club reportedly wants assurances that the fee won’t be paid in a heavily staggered format.
While Inter are currently leading the chase, Lookman’s impressive form has not gone unnoticed.
Atletico Madrid, Arsenal, Barcelona, and Liverpool have all expressed interest in the 27-year-old attacker, while Napoli are also reportedly monitoring the situation closely.
Last season, Lookman delivered 15 goals and four assists in 31 Serie A appearances a standout performance that has only intensified demand for his services.
