Genk’s sporting director, Dimitri De Condé, has revealed that Nigerian striker, Tolu Arokodare, is likely to depart the club during the ongoing summer transfer window.

The Super Eagles forward is drawing significant attention from several top European clubs following an outstanding campaign with the Belgian side last season.

English Premier League outfit Fulham are the latest club reportedly interested in Arokodare, according to The Sun.

The former FC Cologne attacker is also said to be on the radar of Manchester United, AC Milan, and Bundesliga powerhouses Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.

De Condé acknowledged the growing interest in the 24-year-old, indicating that a move appears almost certain.

“I estimate the chance of a possible departure of our top scorer at 99 percent,” he stated.

Arokodare enjoyed a prolific 2023/24 season, finishing as the Belgian Pro League’s top scorer with 21 goals and providing five assists across 40 appearances for the Smurfs.
