Super Eagles forward, Tolu Arokodare, has officially kicked off his journey with Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers following a deadline-day move to Molineux.

The 24-year-old Nigerian international sealed his switch but immediately joined up with the Super Eagles squad for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.

Arokodare made an instant impact on national duty, scoring the match-winning goal in Nigeria’s hard-fought 1-0 triumph over Rwanda before turning in another solid performance in the 1-1 draw against South Africa.

The former Cologne and Genk forward linked up with his new Wolves teammates for the first time in training on Thursday as the club prepared for their upcoming clash with Newcastle United.

With preparations now underway, Arokodare is in line to make his Premier League debut this weekend against Eddie Howe’s Magpies.
