A fresh accident has occurred on the notorious Karu Bridge along the Nyanya-Keffi expressway in Abuja, just 24 hours after a deadly crash claimed multiple lives at the same location.
Eyewitness accounts indicate the collision involved a heavy-duty trailer and a commercial vehicle transporting sachet water (popularly called “pure water”).
The latest incident has heightened safety concerns along this busy transportation corridor, which has become increasingly accident-prone.
