The Super Eagles of Nigeria on Monday evening defeated the Djurtus of Guinea Bissau by a lone goal.
The Super Eagles who were coming from a first leg loss to Guinea Bissau redeemed themselves by defeating Guinea-Bissau in the African Cup of Nations game.
A Penalty from Moses Simon in the 30th minute gave the Jose Peseiro men the much needed win in Guinea Bissau.
Following the win, the Super Eagles sit atop group A with nine points while Guinea- Bissau are second with seven points.
Sierra Leone are third on the group with five points whileSao Tome and Principe are fourth on the group with a point.
