Zeneli opened his account in the 35th minute after running onto a through ball to cancel out Celta Vigo’s opener.

The 23-year-old midfielder, who featured alongside fellow Swedish international Williot Swedberg, gave the visitors the lead shortly after the break.

Zeneli had an opportunity to claim a hat-trick in the 80th minute after Union Saint-Gilloise were awarded a penalty.

However, Celta Vigo goalkeeper Ionut Radu saved his spot-kick to deny the midfielder a third goal.

Despite the missed penalty, Union Saint-Gilloise held on to their advantage to secure all three points on the road.

The victory takes the Belgian side to 10 points from four matches in the Europa League league phase, maintaining their impressive start to the competition.
