Nigeria’s Falconets will begin their journey at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup with a tough opening clash against Spain.
The Group F encounter is scheduled for Monday, 7 September at the Arena Sosnowiec.
Coach Moses Aduku’s side will then take on China in their second group fixture, also at the same venue, three days later.
Their final group-stage match will see the Falconets face tournament debutants New Caledonia on Sunday, 13 September, at Stadion Miejski ŁKS Łódź.
Determined to make a deep run, the Nigerian team will be targeting a historic first-ever U-20 Women’s World Cup title.
The tournament will be staged in Poland from 5 to 27 September 2026, marking a return of the competition to Europe for the first time since France hosted it in 2018.
