The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday presented the 2023 appropriation bill to the state House of Assembly.
Sanwo-Olu who is running for a second term in office stated that the Lagos state 2023 appropriation bill is titled, “Budget of Continuity.”
He stated at the presentation that the new Blue Line and Red Line rails would start running in the first quarter of 2023.
Thousands of jobs will be created when the new rails went into operation, he said.
