Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, has announced a 35-man provisional squad for Nigeria’s B team ahead of the 8th edition of the African Nations Championship scheduled for August 2025.
The tournament, strictly for players plying their trade in their home countries, will be jointly hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
Placed in Group D, the Super Eagles B team will square off against defending champions Senegal, as well as Sudan and Congo in the group stage.
A total of 19 nations will participate in this year’s tournament.

The CHAN 2025 competition promises to be a testing ground for Nigeria’s home-based talents under Chelle’s guidance.
